TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	This package inclusive of entrance permit to Taman Negara & entrance fee to Canopy Walkway but not inclusive of tools, equipments, camera and fishing rod.
•	Optional Activity: Visit Aboriginal Settlement for only RM 40.00 Per Person (Minimum 4 Person).
•	Meals are served at the Restaurant at the resort.
•	The rates quoted above does not include transfers from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tembeling and the Boat transfer from Kuala Tembeling to the Resort at Taman Negara.
•	Strictly no refunds for any unused portion of the above package.
•	Rates are quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia ).
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service and 6% government tax.
•	Rates are quoted based on per person per package basic.
•	Rate quoted above valued for per person & minimum of four ( 4 ) person applied.
•	Children age between 5 -11 years old are charges 70% from the package rate and sharing room with parent (With Extra Bed).
•	Rate for extension nights shall be based on the normal room rates as shown on accommodation page.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM40.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•	The above rates are not subject to any peak period surcharge.
•	We do not arrange land transfer to the resort. You can either drive to Kuala Tembeling Jetty and take the boat or you may drive directly to the resort located at Kuala Tahan.
•	Arrangement of all land transfers have to be made personally by the guest.
•	We are able to arrange for the Boat Transfers from Kuala Tembeling to The Resort. Please indicate your requirement in the Reservation Form.
•	Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request.
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
•	Package is applicable for both Local and Overseas alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Some activities may be subjected to be changed due to weather or due to any unforeseen reason.
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Package Reservation is to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a full cost of Package to be deposited into the Resort Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.
•	We accept most major credit card including Visa and Mastercard only.
•	Baby cot is available free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.

PERMIT & LICENCES
As Taman Negara is a restricted area, all visitors must be in possession of an entry permit. You are there fore requested to bring your identification papers ( passport or identity card) as well as photocopies, to obtain the permit.

Licience for camera, video camera and fishing are also required. These may be obtained for a fee at the Department of Wildlife Office, located at the Kuala Tembeling Jetty for your convenience. Guest are required to obtain the necessary permits/ licenses prior to boat departure to the resort

There are public busses and taxis plying between Kuala Lumpur and Jerantut/Kuala Tahan regularly. Train service is available from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kota Bahru to Jerantut and Kuala Tembeling.
